(non)Debatable is a project of Opportunity Arkansas, a nonprofit, nonpartisan policy organization committed to renewing the Land of Opportunity. We’re seeking to do that by researching generational issues plaguing Arkansas, educating and informing the public about the consequences, and developing homegrown ideas for real change.

“Non-debatable” or undebatable is a parliamentary term of art. It is used to limit debate on motions from members at various points of the legislative process. We hope that you find it has double meaning as you read this newsletter—not that debate is limited, but that the facts and arguments presented here are convincing beyond debate.
